Seine Geschichte spricht f\u00fcr diesen gesegneten Ort. Sein Name beschreibt ihn. Kalamaki verdankt seinen Namen dem einmalig sch\u00f6nen gleichnamigen Strand, der ca. 2 km entfernt liegt. aus der Mitte des Dorfes, in dem gurgelndes Wasser aus einer Quelle sprudelt, die zwischen den Felsen entspringt. In der Vergangenheit steckten die Einwohner ein Schilfrohr in die Quelle, um es als nat\u00fcrlichen Wasserhahn zum Trinken des Wassers oder zum Abwaschen des Salzgehalts zu verwenden.<\/p>\n

Den zweiten Namen Propan verdankt es dem Wort \u201ePropantos\u201c. Es ist das Dorf, das vor allem allen anderen D\u00f6rfern des nord\u00f6stlichen Pilion wie Milies oder Tsagarada, dem \u00c4g\u00e4ischen Meer und der Sonne, die durch es aufgeht, gegen\u00fcbersteht.
